POSITION DESCRIPTION
As a Longenecker & Associates employee, the Performance Assurance Field Specilaist will engage in mission critical work, join a team that constantly exceeds client expectations, and become a member of highly skilled L&A professionals.
The role of a Performance Assurance Field Specialist will include:- Programmatic development, improvement and implementation of Performance Assurance areas:
- Issues Management,
- DOE Occurrence Reporting,
- Event Investigation,
- Management Assessments and Integrated Assessment Schedule,
- Lessons learned / Operating Experience,
- Performance indicators and metrics,
- Root Cause Analyses.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS- Performance Assurance Field Specialists Level 1
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, and a minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Performance Assurance Field Specialists Level 2
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of 8 years of related experience
- Performance Assurance Field Specialists Level 3
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of 10 years of experience with similar programs in a highly regulated work environment such as commercial Nuclear, DOE or DoD.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS- Ability to work in a diverse work environment,
- Satisfactory results of a pre-employment screening, which includes a background check and drug screening,
- Ability to fulfill and promote L&A core values.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS- Previous experience on DOE sites and programs.
